Return & Refund Policy

At Neelkanth Enterprise, we aim to provide you with the best ready-to-eat products. However, if you experience any issues, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for:
- Products that are damaged during delivery
- Expired products received
- Incorrect products sent compared to your order
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos showing the issue are required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Products not reported within the allowed return period.
- Perishable goods beyond their shelf life.
Refunds
After inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within5 to 7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, you must place a new order once your refund is processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Manufacturer Responsibility
As a reseller, we source products from trusted third-party brands. Any manufacturing defect, changes in ingredients, or health concerns should be taken up directly with the respective brand. Neelkanth Enterprise is not responsible for manufacturing faults.
