We all enjoyed the flavour. Exactly tastes like ordering from top class hotel. All of our family members enjoyed.
Dont waste your money on trying this
I tried it out of curiosity and can recommend it if you like a bit of mild spice and good pieces of paneer. The aroma when the packet is opened is good and the quantity is enough for 2 people when accompanied with other dishes in the meal.
Was expecting a close taste to freshly made panner tikka, but the taste was weird. Quantity was good but quality still can be far more good.
Quantity was enough for a single person and just about manageable for even 2 people....but the taste wasn't as good as some other people are saying it to be.....Bought it just because one reviewer had complemented it by saying that it matches the taste that's served in 5 star hotel's(restros)....and that was too big a exaggeration to be made.Quantity wise, its fine, but a hygenic dhaba can serve a better dish than this for a similar cost.Taste wise,to give you a better idea.....it tastes more like a normal thick paneer gravy being made at home(but)with that extra ginger garlic paste & taste. And if it says tikka,it should smell or taste like tikka too....it did none!It was just plain paneer peices being burned a lil bit on the tawa it seems.....they should instead add some coal's smoky flavour to it to make it more authentic.Else rebrand it and stop calling it paneer tikka and jst call it ghar ka paneer or anything else!Tip- arrange a piece of coal, burn it on the stove and keep it on a small katori and place the katori with the burning coal inside the pan having the warmed up paneer gravy and keep a lid over it for 2-3 mins for it to absorb the smoky flavour.simple!Buy it only when you are going abroad and badly need some indian food to carry.
